NOCTURNIA new COVER ART reveal, launch date, and more!
We finally reveal the full cover art for the revisited version of Tales From Nocturnia, the LAUNCH date, and more!
We’re starting to emerge from the whirlwind of activity, utter lack of sleep, incredible interactions, and convention insanity from SPOOKALA TAMPA this past weekend (and we’ll have a huge post about that shortly). Right now, however, we’re SUPER EXCITED to finally reveal the FULL COVER ART for TALES FROM NOCTURNIA and the LAUNCH DATE for the upcoming KICKSTARTER campaign!
Before we get to the art and the logic behind it, we’re happy to let you know that we’ll be LAUNCHING on KICKSTARTER on TUESDAY 4.16.24. This will be our SHORTEST CAMPAIGN EVER (between 16-18 days). TALES FROM NOCTURNIA: ‘The Complete Legendary Saga REVISITED’ Cover Art Reveal!
We super stoked to finally show you all the FULL COVER from JOSE E. CARDENAS. When we considered doing a new cover for this revisited issue, we had a few elements in mind that we knew the cover needed to have:
BENONOCH still needed to be the center of the image, amidst many of the other characters.
Speaking of the other characters, we wanted to make sure that the other factions and groups that are pivotal to the story were represented. To either side of Benonoch are his Nocturnia allies: the STABLE MAIDENS (left) and the NOCTURNIAN WARRIORS (right). In the ethereal glow at the bottom, you have ‘THE DEPARTED’ (King Lucien The Red, Queen Gwyndolynna, and Xarek) who started the chaos that Nocturnia is currently experiencing. Finally, hovering above and behind at the ‘TRINITY OF EVIL’ from SINISTERIA (Countess Endolyn, The Dark Lord Nahrkath, and The Beast Vermynoth).
We needed the cover image to be able to speak for itself. We feel that JOSE crushed this cover, and we can’t wait for it to be in your hands and on our table at live events!
