As we continue our reintroductions of some the characters that make the story tick, today we’ll bring forth to you the leader of NOCTURNIA'S ELITE WARRIORS: #Gylbrand
GYLBRAND has a staunch allegiance to King Lucien The Red (you might also know him as 'Lovelorn' from HEIRS OF ISILDUR), and has aligned completely with the King's ‘cult of personality’.
He has a high opinion of himself, his abilities, and his position in the chain of command. He does not take kindly to any challenge to his seat at the table, and has no problem with permanently addressing any threat to it or the beloved Kingdom her serves.
While GYLBRAND may be Nocturnia's most staunch and unquestioned defender, it might also become his biggest weakness. Will he be able to consider any evidence that presents improprieties committed by those on the throne, or will he be too blinded by his undying allegiance to it?
