As one chapter concludes for #TeamINSYM, the page turns and another is about to begin!
First and foremost, we want to thank each and every one of you that supported the HEIRS OF ISILDUR: The Perilous Prospects Books 1-3 while it was being crowdfunded. And when we say ‘support’, we mean everything from pledge to it, to share it, to have us on your show, to simply just putting up with our consistent social media posts.
We are now working on completing the book, which is a good ways travelled down the road to completion. We’ll keep you updated, of course! We’ll also add some pre-orders to our store as well, for those of you that wanted to take part but missed out! We’re SUPER EXCITED about completing this book and getting it off to the printers, and then getting it into your hands!

WHAT IS ‘TALES FROM NOCTURNIA’?
This is our medieval fantasy epic that centers around Benonoch The Executioner as he tries to leave the family business. Unfortunately for him, the Kingdom of Nocturnia is in complete and total chaos, and it keeps trying to pull him back into a life of violence. The entire story arc was released as individual issues and then as a collected volume, entitled ‘The Complete Legendary Saga’. There have also been multiple metal songs released that tie in and expand the story.
Think World of Warcraft meets Dungeons & Dragons, Game of Thrones, and Lord of the Rings!
WHAT MAKES THIS VERSION ‘REVISITED’?
Tales From Nocturnia is one of our most popular titles. We are at a point where we need to do a reprint because we’re nearly sold out of books. Instead of just reprinting what was released ‘as is’ multiple years ago, we’ve decided to give the entire book a once-over, a refresh, etc…, and pull it up to our current release standards.
SO WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ‘REMASTER’ IT?
Brand new COVER ART from JOSE E CARDENAS, that features Benonoch, the ‘Evil Trinity’ aka the Rulers of Darkness, The Stables Maidens, The Nocturnian Warriors, and ‘The Departed’ in movie poster style.
A FULL RELETTERING of the book. That’s right. Every single page in the original 152pg trade paperback is getting revised. When the original volume was released, we were much more avant-garde in our approach to word balloons and dialogue. Since that time, we’ve improved and simplified our approach, making the pages much easier to read and follow!
ADDED ADDITIONAL CONTENT! This version will include lyrics for all the songs we’ve written for TFN, and some other art and graphics that were not available at the time of original pressing.
Currently, the remastered book is slated for 160 pages!
We’re super excited to bring this volume back in a remastered, refreshed, reissue! :-) . For those familiar with the story, we think you’ll be happy with the adjustments and improvements. For those that have become supporters of #TeamINSYM in the past 2-3 years (after this was made available on crowdfunding), we’re excited to present to you this refreshened take on one of our most popular titles!
Between now and the launch, we’ll be re-introducing you to many of the characters and factions in the story, revealing the full cover art, and more!
